This place is amazing, it literally has a soul of its own. Hopefully the Jackson building will have a similar character without so much start-up investment needed.

I like both places for different reasons. It will all come down to the price and the needed investment to make them work. Like the fact the the older building has "soul" a lot. I also think that the newer warehouse has lots to offer in regards of "being ready to go".
